⚠️ 🚢 🇴🇲 Another tanker has been hit in the Strait of Hormuz.

UKMTO says the vessel was struck by an unknown projectile near Khasab, Oman, setting it on fire. The blaze has since been extinguished and all crew are reported safe.

EOS Risk Group identifies the vessel as a Kuwaiti oil tanker transiting through the U.S.-backed southern shipping corridor.

No official attribution has yet been made, although the corridor has repeatedly come under Iranian attack during the war.

Just hours ago, Trump described Hormuz as "a very functioning strait," said large volumes of oil were flowing through it and declared that the mines were gone.
