@FemShepFGC It’s cosmetics were massively overpriced, and the gameplay was made to appeal to casuals with one button special inputs, but because of 2v2 it was too hard for casuals lack of motion inputs made a lot of veterans skipping perfect storm of a game for no one
@2dJazz Also add one button special moves to the list and homogenize moveless where every character has the same three input for their special moves, making the game Hella boring
@Heefnoff That’s where I feel that influencers failed. I get that you don’t wanna insult the company or badmouth them too much but during the development phase if you have a chance, say something you know, and I feel that most of them did which is why I have the opinions I do.
@Heefnoff Gameplay wise, my only complaint was lack of motion inputs for veteran players. I have no problem with them making one button for casual/new players but it’s just more fun for me to do the input myself so that along with the price of cosmetics made me give up earlier than I would
@Heefnoff The pros are definitely the net code 2 V2 aspect being able to play with friends and visually the game looks amazing. But I feel that a lot of influencers let the cons go unnoticed because they were too busy hyping up the game because of all the hookups.
@Heefnoff The biggest flaw was monetization, riot makes everything too expensive made a locking characters a grind and offers no free, premium currency like Marvel rivals, personally, I didn’t like the one button specials I would’ve rather had a choice between them or motion inputs
@Heefnoff The reason it doesn’t seem genuine is because of early access they get to the game and devs and the actual incentive for the game to succeed is so they can make more money off it too. I have no problem with people liking the game, but not calling out flaws is why it’s ending.
@Heefnoff He always uses the excuse “I think it’s OK or “I think it’s fun. His opinions fail, but not genuine, which is why people give him so much shit of course everyone can like whatever game they like but for sure the amount in this game is the big reason for its downfall and stuff
@LucyTheLamia@Discobiscuits88 If any of the streamer publicly tried to mod a Capcom game do you think they’d be OK with it or are they OK with it because he shills for them so much. He rarely has a negative view on anything and if it does, it said in the softest way, he’s not trying to mess up his situation.
@LucyTheLamia But that’s my point he got early access mvci got to give his input on the game in the early stages and though it came out in a garbage state, he always praised it. That doesn’t seem like he’s being honest it seems like he doesn’t wanna offend the publisher that’s hooking him up.
@Alioune85 I don’t know why everyone’s out here acting like Max knows what the fuck he’s talking about. Being popular doesn’t mean you’re correct over monetization and too much focus for casual/new players is what killed this game. They could’ve had one button specials and motion inputs.
@riotgames@Play2XKO The fact that you guys charged so much for a single costume, you can’t really be surprised at the outcome also this game would’ve been 10 times better if it had traditional inputs as an option
