@AirIndia, this is not a cabin crew issue. Your crew on AI538 (Chennai–Delhi) were excellent—courteous, efficient, and professional throughout.

But a passenger shouldn’t spend nearly as much time waiting to get off the aircraft as it takes to fly between some Indian cities.

Please fix the ground handling and arrival processes. Transit passengers deserve better.

While the DMK Government willfully spread an excerpt and not the entire letter, here is the full letter written by the MOHUA that exposes how the DMK Government deliberately submitted a faulty DPR to get it rejected.

People of Coimbatore & Madurai deserve the fastest mode of commutation from point A to point B.

This deliberate attempt by DMK to submit a faulty DPR for approval and blame the Central Government for rejecting the same is highly condemnable.

DMK should stop taking a leaf from their old dusty playbook to blame the Central govt for their inefficiencies and resubmit the DPR for approval at the earliest.
