Quite pleased with the performance tonight. We still seem to lack that proper quality in the final 3rd at times, but I thought we looked a lot better at both ends of the pitch. I loved that we actually made runs in behind at times, and that we didn't rely on MOL. Huge win. #wba
@TheRainbowStand@Rollsie7 Yep. There was one instance right at the start of the second half where he's ducked away from the ball. That's unforgivable. If he loses the duel then fair enough, but he's bottling 50/50s which just can't be allowed
@9baggie_9@LBlakemore22 Has the bubble burst or are we just performing at a realistic level? We were never going to be promotion contenders as our squad simply isn't good enough, and that's not Morrisons fault
@baggieal Personally, I think Maja is more of a miss. But we offered him a contract, so if he wasn't willing to meet our terms then theres not much else we can do there given the financial situation of the club
@baggieal I think his injury record was the main reason as to why we didn't offer him a contract. It would be a massive risk to extend his contract when hes probably on decent wages and hasn't always been available. I did like him, but I can see why we let him go
@HisseyMatthew@LouisFinne52395 Idk, there were a few long balls over the top where we needed to be switched on to avoid being caught out. The centrebacks did play well overall (aside from Phillips giving away a penalty) but there were a few moments where blues tried exploiting our lack of pace
@LouisFinne52395@HisseyMatthew I think you definitely exploited the lack of pace in our centreback pairing at times. If Campbell was playing maybe its a different story, but I think you definitely looked dangerous from long balls and through balls.
@lewis_botfield It's a shame as I think outside of the last two he's actually had a good season. But to give away two goals in two derbies, both of which were winners, is inexcusable.
@CharlesYngboss@ontheholte1874@stepho_s19 Correct. Fans that don't attend games shouldn't be able to get tickets for big games over fans that regularly attend games. This is why clubs have loyalty schemes for tickets.
@realrxAFC But why should fans who've never attended a game be able to attend big games over the loyal fans who've put their hard earned money and travelled all those miles? Especially when those global fans weren't there for the tough times. How is it that fair at all?
@AllAlbionFans@The92Bible Yes, you've misunderstood it. It's the 24 clubs that have spent the most seasons in the 2nd division. Not which division each club has spent most of their history in
