Using some deductive reasoning here you can assume they're talking about Skuld. It is obviously not confirmed but she's the only person left from that era that got sent forward we haven't seen.

I'm having a hard time believing Luxord originates from the Quadratum side of reality.

From what we know there was no concept of light or darkness in Quadratum until the Keyblade wielders showed up. Without the concept in place would the X-blade or any keyblade even exist? 1/3

Something happened in that era that led to what we know and presently see. Those being:

1. People from Missing Link are alive in Quadtratum (like Sigurd if that is him)

2. Why Scala as we know it looks nothing like it did back in the missing link era
