This applies directly to trading.
Ego in the stock market is thinking you’re right and the market is wrong. You stop listening to the market and accepting its behavior.
With big money on the line this leads to devastating results.
Only by remaining humble and disciplined can you achieve long term positive results trading stocks.
I think it’s silly to criticize people with verified track records for charging for their time & knowledge. Think about the ever-growing pool of people charging $ who actually suck at trading and instill terrible habits into new, impressionable traders? Those are who really deserve criticism.
I agree with you that it’s amazing when traders share for free, but a reasonably priced paywall can actually be a net positive as it weeds out non serious traders
@X7simons@KarolWlodarczyk@TouchmineX Lol, the irony. That has nothing to do with what he’s saying. The refs ruled that the striker’s touch reset the offside path.
The most important sentence in this pic is the final one that mentions if it just brushes a player’s hair “it does not reset the offside path”
@jarrylew@realpeteyb123 Truth. Operating this way in the market is a death sentence.
His tweets are a masterclass of how not to think in the markets. Nothing to do with being wrong on direction and everything to do with what you said + just the general looking for the “hero trade” theatrics
@kingofsplendor1@Crowded_Mkt_Rpt L take. JS always says how calling it out has nothing to do with intelligence and everything to do with how consensus is just poor R/R over time + how not learning from your mistakes in trading is simply a death sentence.
