‘Ironically’, your model is per project 2025, and has massive bias, flaws, and blind spots (arguably, those are intentional!).

Project 2025’s “fix” for professions like nursing/PT/teaching shortages is to cap federal loans and let tuition supposedly collapse on its own.
Which looks a lot like deliberate sabotage, but dressed up as market discipline…

They refuse to:
✨Subsidize these critical fields (Europe does it with zero shortages),
✨Impose tuition caps (which actually work),
🔥Or touch the real money because it doesn’t benefit them) : TRILLIONS in tax giveaways to billionaires and corporations, perpetual military bloat, and taxpayer-funded private jets for cabinet officials.

Instead they target the one lever that hurts middle-class and minority students the hardest => cutting loans, while protecting the exact same uncapped loan system for $300k–$400k medical degrees because the physician lobby is too powerful and future MD/DO salaries are expected to still handle the debt.

So the message is clear:
We can easily afford another $2 - 5 trillion in tax cuts for the ultra rich and $850 billion a year for the Pentagon, but somehow we can’t afford to train the nurses we desperately need without making 87% female, heavily minority professions jump through flaming hoops ?!

There is absolutely nothing fiscally responsible in that plan! What it actually is, is
