Today I ran my second 300mh race ever and prd with a time of 40.71. This bettered my own school record set last week, as well as qualified me for the PIAA district 1 championship meet in may @DELCO_TF @SunValleyTF23

The team went to West Chester University today for the Unionville invite. Trevor ran a school record 9:57! Manny qualified for districts in the 300IH! We head into Championship season now with a lot at stake! Time to focus!

Took the team to the historic NYC ARMORY! Xavier led the way with a 5th place finish in the LJ 21-7. Manny had a personal best in the 200/400. The girls had solid performances from Kate-Marley-Paige-Maddy-Cam-Madicyn-Harmony. Getting better each week.
