If you travel and need a rental car I would advise you to think twice better yet three or four times before renting with @ACERentaCar. The back handed dealings that take place with that rental company is not for the consumer. Even if you have your own auto insurance be aware.

@ACERentaCar I honestly have never had this many problems before getting an issue resolved. Let me know what else is needed to get this resolved ASAP!

@ACERentaCar I’m very disappointed that I was charged for additional insurance by the company and I have my own insurance. I was never asked for my insurance card but they asked for my insurance company which I provided at the counter. @ACERentaCar I need a refund ASAP!

@ACERentaCar that was never mentioned to me at pick up at your Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood location? This is a scam to everyone who rents their vehicles from @ACERentaCar and the company should be ashamed of themselves! Never again will I ever rent from @ACERentaCar again.
