Earlier today I had the opportunity to give proponent testimony on Ohio Senate Bill One.
As a student, this bill will pave the way for classrooms that welcome all ideas, not just one pushed by a narrative.
I was also able to meet with the author of the bill, Senator Jerry Cirino along with State Representative Thomas Hall.
I am very thankful to have had this opportunity to have my voice heard.
The full hearing can be found in the link below:

This nation was built by brilliant young men.
Today, the United States of America celebrates 250 years of independence.
Two and a half centuries ago, our nation was founded by young men who believed that liberty was worth risking everything for. They declared their right to govern themselves and determine their own path. Their courage helped create the greatest republic the world has ever known.
Two hundred and fifty years later, America remains a young nation on the world stage. As we celebrate our past, we need to look ahead. We often say that young Americans are “the future,” but we must recognize that they are living in the present. Their ideas should be embraced because they have both the right and the responsibility to help decide the direction of our country, just as many of our Founders once did.
If America is to thrive for another 250 years, we must empower the next generation to lead today.
“The earth belongs always to the living generation.” — Thomas Jefferson
Happy 250th Birthday, America. God bless the USA. 🇺🇸
🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day!
As we celebrate America’s 250th birthday, we remember the courage of the generation that signed the Declaration of Independence and established a nation founded on liberty and self-government.
There is only one nation’s flag that should ever be flown on American government buildings or property.
This action by Columbus is a total disgrace and takes away from the epic celebration on Saturday of this country’s 250 year celebration.
For 14 years, TPUSA has inspired a rising generation to stand for freedom, truth, and the future of our country.
What began as a bold idea has become a movement carried forward by students and young leaders nationwide.
Today, we celebrate this milestone and look ahead to what comes next. Onward 🇺🇸
On the 58th anniversary of my dad’s assassination, I’m remembering moments like this: touch football on Cape Cod with my siblings — David, Kathleen, Courtney, and me. #GetOutside#LiveRealLife
This Memorial Day, I’m reflecting on my 2nd great-uncle, Clayton Babcock. He enlisted in the U.S. Army on April 11, 1917, just five days after the United States entered the war. He shipped out with Company D of the 7th Infantry and was killed in action in France on June 21, 1918. He was just 18 years old.
His whole life fit into those 18 years. Buried across an ocean from the family who raised him.
He’s one of hundreds of thousands of American soldiers who never made it home. Today I’m remembering him, and all of those who sacrificed their freedom so we could have ours. 🇺🇸
Had a great time this afternoon watching my best friend @andrewlbelcher become Chairman of the Ohio College Republican Federation. Awesome to hear from some incredible speakers from across the state, and the future of @OhioCRs has never been brighter. Congrats Drew! 🇺🇸
Great time at the @OhioCRs convention, congrats to their new chairman @andrewlbelcher! Ohio YRs have a fantastic partnership with the CRs that will only continue to grow stronger!
