Picking and choosing who’s mental health matters has to stop. You can’t advocate what you temporarily participate in. If we all did that, we’d stay stuck.
RECHARGE YOURSELF:
• Run a salt bath
• Meditate for a bit
• Write in your journal
• Take a walk in nature
• Spend some time alone
• Take a break from society
• Read an empowering book
Other people’s perception of you is not your responsibility. However, your actions and growth are. What you put out into the Universe, and how you treat yourself and others ultimately defines the life you live – and how you shape the world around you for others to live in.
If you always seek approval from others, you’ll never have control of your happiness. Acceptance at any given moment is vital to happiness, yet some of us never seem to accept ourselves and our lives, unless others do.
We always seem to be waiting for the next moment and expect it to be better than the current. But, you just need to look back at your journey and realize how far you’ve come. Your life could always be better; however, it could also be much worse.
Don't lose hope, don't give up, don't get even, and don't bother proving people wrong. Just do you, be happy and continue to grow. And, if you can, try to help others rise – especially those who need it.
If only you could understand the reason for your existence. You’re not only passing by, you’re here to serve a purpose – something that’s a part of a greater plan. Do not turn a blind eye to your calling. You may feel small at times, but you have a big role to play.
It doesn’t matter where you are in your life, you cannot buy or attain permanent happiness from external things. Relative happiness is fleeting. It will change when life changes; & change is the only constant. Lasting happiness stems from a continually positive perception of life
