California Democrat AG Rob Bonta deceptively changed the measure's official ballot title and summary to tank their popular Prop 39 for VOTER ID before voters even see it to make it confusing and misleading to rig the election.

Prop 39 would require government-issued ID for in-person voting, or the last four digits of a government ID number for mail ballots, free state-issued voter ID cards on request, and annual county reports on citizenship verification rates.

Voter ID is the concern and the change is partisan and intended to predetermine the election outcome and sabotage the measure so it fails.

Throw these Democrats in jail already.
