Wow @AmericanAir first I get left on the tarmac during a lightening storm waiting for my bag in the rain then I run a literal mile to get to my connecting flight which had left early...a quarter of the flight was missing cause they were with me!

@AmericanAir They said it wasn’t safe for them to get the bags while we were all literally standing in the weather with no ability to go inside. When they finally did bring the bags out they just left them on the tarmac and everyone was grabbing theirs without checking. My med were in there.
