@AirbnbHelp So apparently you can't record the calls with your Airbnb senior case manager. I just got told it's illegal to do so but how is it that they are able to record me? Pretty funny how you guys run this platform.

@AirbnbHelp I was called a racial slur and Airbnb support has yet to help me with a simple alteration that I can't do. on my end. My trip is about to be ruined, my are all stressed and we are sitting here an hour away from our check out time with zero help.
