Come volunteer and/or support at our next one on May 21st. Plenty of food for everyone, so come get fresh foods from local sources where proceeds are reinvested back into the community. You can also Buy a basket for Families that need them the most!
Had a great morning repping @UCincyMedicine at the Farmer’s market sponsored by MyWhy. Such an amazing experience helping supply the community with fresh and healthy food! #Thetimeisnow
This is what M1/2 is really like. There are highs and lows and thats apart of life, not just medicine. But the amount of growth you undergo in all aspects of life is something, at least for me, i did not realize and fully appreciate until now. Trust the process, you can do it.
Finishing M2 on Monday calls for my first twitter thread. My advice here is to the incoming M1/2 and undergrads:
Embrace the moment, the bad and the good -> Embrace every single moment.
Its a journey and if you would have asked me last month what it feels like… (1/)
I would have shown a picture like this and said Medschool is full of ups and downs, always in cycle. But if you ask me today what med school is like ill show you a different picture… (2/)
Very excited to announce I have accepted a position on the AIME advisory board here at @UCincyMedicine. Advancing inclusion in medicine and in the communities we serve is a passion of mine. Can’t wait to help elicit positive change with this amazing group. #Thetimeisnow
