Great day start to finish for Justin at the Mercer County Invitational yesterday, placing 5th as a team in a deep 4x800 field, placing 5th in a tough 1600m run, and capping the evening off placing 1st and bringing home gold in the 3200! Tough day for Justin yesterday who came up short of his ultimate goal of making states after being a little under the weather. District 10 AA may be the best district with quality runners on the west side of the state and you are one of them. Everyone is beyond proud of you son 💪🏾

After an offseason of running 7-8 miles a day, and 4 days a week in the weight room my son Justin Sims placed 7th out of 106 runners at todays Hornet Harrier Invitational running a time of 17.34. Great job son!!💪🏾
