Today in a vindictive action by @DoT_India, an honest Officer of #BSNL who is CGM ALTTC has been transferred arbitrarily to J&K LSA as he was against the take over of ALTTC (Rs 6000 Cr. asset of BSNL) by DoT.

Pls protect and provide immunity to Honest Officer (CGM ALTTC,BSNL) who has been transferred by @DoT_India to J&K for doing his duties honestly.Matter of fact is that he has to superannuate within 9 months. His transfer order is openly defying DoPT rules.

It's Astonishing to see that BSNL management is very liberal for promotion of Executives but it's quite unfortunate to see the same management is very stubborn for promotion of Non-Executives

No abolition of vacancies in the name of restructuring .
Vacancies in each Circle of BSNL for JE to JTO Promotion
