When must the PCR be filed?

The PCR must be filed with the court no later than the 21st day of the month immediately following the calendar quarter covered by the PCR, unless otherwise provided by the local rules of the court where the case is pending.

Judge Pappy's court may have different rules in his court, but this is the Federal requirement.

Also, the Adversary Cases do not need to be concluded prior to emergence. The final $BBBYQ 10-K stated that fact as well.
