DAO = Decentralized Autonomous Organization

✅ Decentralized Governance
1. Governance token (VTRS) holders propose changes to the network or DAO.

2. Council determines financial decisions and maintains voting and multi sig control over any funds for the DAO.

3. Technical committee reviews proposals for technical soundness and facilitate maintenance and development work for the DAO.

4. Governance token holders conduct referendum to vote on proposals that are enacted automatically if passed.

⚠️ No Individual maintains any control over the project financially. All wallets are multi-sig. All LP is locked and cannot be unlocked without vote. And all governance activity occurs on-chain with full transparency.

This is the way.

📣 INNOWISE + VITREUS DAO

As you can see in the LinkedIn post below, Vitreus’ DAO has reached a partnership agreement with Innowise Group to join VITREUS’ DAO, driving growth and maintenance of the VTRS ecosystem.

Innowise maintains 15 offices globally and employees more than 1,600 developers specializing in ALL areas of tech. So, it’s amazing to see a large company take such deep care of the ecosystem they worked so hard to build for us over the last 10 months.

We will begin with a diversified team of 10-12 technical experts who will serve the DAO as the technical committee with a select few key people also open to serving on the governing council.

We will expand this team as additional capacities and specialties are needed to support the DAO’s needs — bringing unique scaling capabilities and competencies to the entire VTRS Power Plant ecosystem.

Additionally, a Project Manager and experienced Team Leader to recruit and support Web3 companies and projects to build on VITREUS’ DAO will join also.

I am very happy with this collaborative partnership with Innowise. They are an incredible group of people that we have all grown very fond of as we worked together every day over the past year.

📣 Happy ‘Build Update’ Friday!!!

Most notably, the new vGovern governance model for Power Plant DAO has been implemented. We still have some custom actions to add such as 3x weighted voting for NFT holders in VIP… But it is in place.

The First Article vNode is taking longer than we were told it would. @TheMegaDrew and @TheTimBenedict are all over them about the urgency. Apparently the Instructional Insert is what is holding things up.

Our vNode Welcome Email has been prepped for release to operators with comprehensive instructions on support and set up.

We will have the Open Beta infrastructure built inside the discord server by Monday and will provide a briefing on set up as well as support and processes for remediation feedback.

We are also beginning the work on our ALL OUT marketing blitz plan for the final stage 10 push and hope to have that ready to share with the community in the next few weeks. The team appreciates all the valuable feedback from the community during the last week.

You need to remember @_Gregsimon , XLN community has been abused by this project. The "CEO" tag is meaningless to date. We went from @CoryCozad as 1st CEO, than to the abusive @danpuzny as 2nd CEO, than back to @CoryCozad. Why? @danpuzny did a boo boo in LA against a team member.
