@Sanscer_@AntiLeftMemes It’s the way the kid was speaking and jerking the dogs chain. It’s rarely and I mean rarely a dog issues it’s mostly a trainer/user/owner error that triggers a response like this.
I said ok and left and wrote this, hope Sushi Sake gets in contact with me and let’s me know what else I can do to resolve this issue. That response didn’t make any sense to me.
@sushisakemiami had an issue with a Miami Heat Roll yesterday, from the Sushi Sake in Hialeah. I’ve never had an issue with them. My wife and daughter love there rolls. Purchased the item, didn’t open the bag. They opened it and found a burnt Sushi roll, I wasn’t there.
They sent me a picture and asked me if I had checked it, i said no, send me a picture and tomorrow I’ll ask what I can do. Well today I was there at 740pm 11/19/25 and they told me I could have received a credit or new one had I brought it back yesterday or today in the morning.

@wingstop wondering what was behind the decision to change the fries? They taste different and not in a good way. I know there seemed to be issues with cooking times on the original fries but changing the fresh cut for frozen fries and recooked is not a good change in my opinion.
