@McDonalds But how is being on a bicycle in the drive-thru more dangerous than using the road? Having lived car-free for over a decade (and having worked for competitor fast-food restaurants with drive-thrus that allowed non-motorized service), I guarantee safety concerns are overblown.

@McDonalds: If you don't allow bicycles—which legally are vehicles in my state—through your drive-thru, then why don't you put up signage to that effect, or make sure non-car-owning people are accomodated? Just got turned away in Boise, when no other places were open.

@TechConnectify Similarly, I find I'm a fairly textual learner, and tend to remember words and file away concepts in a more-or-less textual manner (I tend to have a pretty good working memory of books I've read, more so than movies or concepts divorced from language).

@TechConnectify Weird, I think I parse time in an almost opposite way to you, and prefer digital watches because I know precisely the time to the minute. The relational calculation happens subsequently but more-or-less automatically, albeit based in the numbers themselves rather than visually.

@Dnorde @HoarseWisperer Sadly, my ADHD got the better of me, so I didn't stick to my study plan. Ended up with a 163 on the LSAT-Flex.

I did poke around the LSAC website for about 15 minutes before doing the diagnostic, just to get a feel for the test's structure and the type of questions.

@heyyguido I was the weird kid who jammed to instrumental classical music, so thankfully avoided that, but it's somewhat appalling how many classic rock/pop songs fall into this vein.

@Thom1st @tannerrrcarlson @holyqueerit This is a prime example of monolatry (worshiping only one god, but believing several others exist) and can be seen as an intermediary step on the way to monotheism.

Robert Wright's book "The Evolution of God" goes into this a fair bit.

@HarperCollins Have since 2016. I use plain-text files, one for each year, with the books numbered and added as I finish them.

I also generally post in the /r/52book subreddit's check-in threads, although I'm falling behind this year due to work and other commitments.
