Article 10: National Values and Principles of Governance
Bund all state organs, state officers, public officers etc.
They are: patriotism, national unity, sharing and devolution of power, rule of law, democracy and participation of the people, human dignity etc.

National symbols are; National flag, national anthem, court of arms, public seal,
National Days ; Madaraka Day, Mahujaa Day, Jamuhuri Day. National Day is a public holiday. Parliament to enact legislation for other public holidays and their observance
