@oncologician We must treat cancer patients in multidisciplinary teams. ALWAYS. Out of a MDT the results are poorer. Surgeons, medical oncologist, radiotherapists, .......every drop of knowledge add a bit in patient's benefit

In fact, we can't be lap/rob surgeons if we are not able to do the same technique via open acces. And it's true, day after day the skill of the new surgeons in the open way is more and more reduced. @Carmen49037325 @ZimNl Desde luego. Ayudaría mucho. Especialmente tras el tratamiento pues disminuye, en caso de respuesta, su tamaño ayudando a una potencial cirugía. Lo que no quiere decir que no le vayan a quedar secuelas. La localización es muy compleja pero indudablemente el 3d ayudaría mucho
