The Starlink satellite jammer was developed in Russia and named the Grant Dome Garant.

The new EW complex consists of a system of satellite antennas and affects eight communication channels with a width of 62.5 MHz each. The system emits powerful interference to a specific Starlink satellite, interrupting its connection with ground terminals.

One such complex includes six trailers with satellite dishes, which are hidden under a radio-transparent dome and provide protection for about 20 square km and is now actively used to shield the Novorossiya highway from Ukrainian drones.

Ukrainians drone operators have already started complaining that the new development for the Russian Armed Forces is causing them significant problems and it's "a pain in the ass."
