Not a happy with my stay at the Villages BC rm#657. I woke up to a BED BUG! I check every bed before I lay down. I called for the manager and the security. They had to take pictures of the bug and also bites. They had to disinfect our clothes and our bags

I wake up to a screaming child.theres a big spider in his bed! Iwant to go home!Check out I told and showed the manager the picture of the spider. I told them this was The Worst Stay ever! I told the manager that they need to spray. And she told me they do it quarterly.

I seen something in my bed red... I jumped up and turn on the lights. It was just a ladybug Thank God cuz I was abt to die! As washing clothes in the early morning hours... I thought I was seeing stuff.... it was rolled up... yep it was a rollie polly or centipede! 😡

U took our gifts away, late check out, too away where we could book 2 units at the same time and now our ee and our bonus time away. And higher Maintenance Fee. And renting out the resort to the public which that is why our fees are going up! So yes NOTHING BUT LIES!

Since you guys took over Silverleaf u have done nothing but lie to us. This company said when they took over that we will keep all of our benefits. U took our gifts away, late check out, too away where we could book 2 units at the same time and now (thats why we have multiple)
