@cineworld trying to book tickets for Tues but a friend has a problem as her unltd card isn’t showing at checkout and is only offering adult ticket price. She’s logged in and her card shows in her account. Need advice pls as needs to book asap to get a seat next to us

@cineworld That sounds rather ridiculous to be honest. I suppose it could work for some films but will be impossible for big releases. Also an extra hassle for customers, especially when this is being portrayed as a smoother experience. Lots of unahappy customers by the looks of things

@cineworld please tell me this is something you can reverse. It’s going to be a nightmare for people trying to book shows with friends & families and being able to ensure you can get seats together. Not quite sure how this is a smoother booking experience 🤔🙄

I understand that @WelshGovernment want to push the Welsh first agenda but if something is deemed serious enough to send an alert it really should be English first. Was at the cinema & there were loads of kids and adults panicking as they had no clue what was happening. Not good!

@CurrentBody hi. Is there a limit on the amount of discount you offer? I’ve got 2 codes - one for 15% and one for 20% but the price only seems to decrease by 10%. Could be tempted to buy with a 20% saving but don’t think 10% will sway me unfortunately as it’s so expensive

@cardiff_castle absolutely gutted that we missed half of @suedeHQ act on Friday due to the farcical entry system. Over an hour in a queue to get in. Security requesting empty pockets for scanning but nowhere to place belongings not great either. Needs improvement for the future

@RoyalMailHelp is there a problem transferring mail from Cardiff to Newport? My parcel has been showing in Cardiff Mail Centre since Friday afternoon despite the fact that it’s still showing delivery will be attempted on 1st June! Bit concerned that something’s happened to it

@gigsandtours strange presale system. Had to use the code ALBUM before I could use my specific code. No mention of this but my laptop automatically inserted it on log in. Also, the email link was a one time use so no access to the web link & code unless you’d saved it somewhere
