Investigation into the excessive deductions made from my account. Refund or proper reconciliation of the total amount over-deducted. Clarification and updating of my COVID loan records based on the liquidation and conversion request earlier submitted.

These deductions have exerted significant financial pressure on me and are not in line with the terms of the loan agreement or the repayment structure communicated to me.
