3/ Define success before the robot arrives
@Robotcom's first pilot with Sodexo started with a clear definition of success. It became 40+ campuses and a 7-year contract (@Juda_Chris)
Worth flagging because a lot of people are planning around the wrong version of this: the July 28 notice isn't China specific. It turns on where the device is produced, so Danish, Japanese and Canadian AMRs are in scope too. Pre July 28 authorizations are grandfathered, new models aren't, and relief runs through DoW with a Jan 1 2028 deadline. Scoble is right that humanoids get hard, but it's harder than 'buy European' fixes.
Matt my guy, respect the post, but I clicked the partners page and Hai Robotics is right there. Shenzhen. Alongside a Danish AMR, a Canadian AMR, a Swiss arm and a German software stack. All foreign produced, all in scope under the July 28 notice, which cares about where the thing was built and not who owns the builder. Vendor agnostic is a good business. Just a different post.
The robots are going to Cannes. @Robotcom is the official Robotics Innovation Partner for @pmgworldwide 's @ai_tech_sandbox , June 22 to 26.
Full fleet, live demos, and a first look at products we have not announced yet 👀

R-noid works the jobs that are hard to staff. Repetitive, multi-shift, all day. No legs. A humanoid upper body on a wheeled base: dual arms, a torso that turns, reach from the floor to 1.9 meters.
Five jobs so far: restaurant assistant, packer, picker, folder, host. It's already packing at an award-winning golf course, and it slots into existing pick ports with no retrofit.
See it work this week on two continents: @AutomateShow 2026 in Chicago, Booth 1592 🇺🇸, and @Cannes_Lions in France 🇫🇷, where https://t.co/654IqO2mbk is the official Robotics Innovation Partner for PMG's @ai_tech_sandbox
There’s more than one way to stand out.
Run dynamic content on built-in screens with our R kiwi+, or make a bold, physical statement with a fully branded R kiwi.
Two distinct approaches to being seen, which one works for you?
What Human-centered means:
Designing routes that respect pedestrians, building interfaces that operators actually understand, and creating systems that reduce friction rather than add to it.
Good automation feels like support, not disruption.
With robots, we create a new way for brands to connect with people, using interaction as the starting point.
More than attention. Meaningful engagement. Attention alone isn’t enough anymore.
We provide automation as a service. What does that mean? 👇
Redesign how movement happens across your operation, from internal deliveries to daily workflows.
Less coordination. Fewer interruptions. More consistency.
Let’s build it together.
Traditional out-of-home is passive. You place it and hope people notice. Our advertising robots flip that logic.
They move through high-traffic areas, spark interaction, and turn brand presence into an experience, not just exposure.
7 years ago we were a food delivery startup with duct tape on prototypes and nobody at GTC would have met with us.
Today we’ve been named by #NVIDIAGTC as part of the autonomous robot presence on the floor at GTC.
If you’re attending, we’d love to connect.
