Does anyone else download your VA medical records and review them?
I've noticed that they lie ALL THE TIME.
At first, I thought it was just a bit of laziness, but now I'm convinced they are lying on purpose.
For example, in one report, my doctor wrote that I claimed improvement after wearing a night brace and that was absolutely NOT true. I told him the damn thing caused worse pain and I couldn't use it.
But this isn't an isolated case. I'm going back through records and finding a lot of similarly fraudulent notes for various things.
Here's one really stupid example: When I went the the VA ER last March, the nurse wrote that I answered no when asked if I had recently fallen. I mean, the reason for the ER visit was because I had landed on my ass too hard (after falling 1500 feet) and broke my back!!!!!!
