An open letter sa mga PVL teams na open para sa isang Reyna. Para na din sa mga FOREVER MAIZONIANS.

A HOME for a QUEEN.

If there is someone in sports that I always look up to, si Aiza Maizo yun. She is more than her multiple MVP awards. She is an inspiration. She is the kind of athlete young players look up to. The kind who shows that greatness doesn’t have to be loud. She lifts teammates, leads by example, and gives everything she has every single time she steps on the court.

It is heartbreaking to know na hindi na sya mare-renew, and to be honest, di pa ko ready na mag retire yung isa sa mga unang idol ko, isa sa mga inspirations ko. Hindi pa ko ready dun sa katulad nung sinabi nya sa ginawa nyang article na pag magre retire na sya, gusto nya magsama sama tayong mga fans nya para panoorin sya one last time para makita nya tayong lahat at makapagpasalamat. Nadudurog ako everytime na nararamdaman kong nasasaktan yung idol ko. 🥹

Kaya nakikiusap ako as a fan sa lahat ng mga PVL teams na naghahanap ng team player, sana ay mapansin nyo si Aiza, not just as a free agent, but as a player who can still inspire, still lead, and still give her whole heart to the game. She deserves the chance to keep doing what she loves.

All she needs is a team willing to believe in her again. A team she can call HOME.
