@RupertLowe10 yes some farms will be effected, some up here in County Durham will not be effected, as they are too small. It will help the small farms to get their legacy sorted legally long before death occurs.
The larger farms, some of whom I know have benefitted from bending tax rules.

Married parents and high earning single parents have to submit their earnings for every young adult in the family. If you leave work, to go back to uni they take your previous earnings into acount!
