@ScotRail I wouldn't define this as a lack of communication, this was no communication what so ever. Why were staff and customer's not made aware of this? I was there for well over 30 minutes. Also had no information (and no faith) that the next scheduled train would run.
@ScotRail Sorry, you have failed to answer my question. Why have both staff and passamgers waiting for a train that was never going to come? This seems like a massive issue for both parties. My connecting travel was not a train.
@ScotRail Not good enough mate, I've missed my connecting travel from Perth. If trains are cancelled can you let your staff know and allow passengers to make alternative arrangements? If the trains cancelled ( not delayed) why aren't you letting passengers know as soon as possible?
Anyone else feel overly anxious when you watch those videos of a mother duck/wee ducklings in tow and they need to get round an obstacle and there is always one or two struggling at the back.
