@themonkeboxer @OttogiBeefCurry @tribjazz If you step on a plane, and you don’t have that trust, then what?
Good grief, it’s a method for overcoming fear, NOT a criticism of his fear.
He has no choice but to continue flying. He has a choice on how to deal with the gripping fear, that I’ve dealt with as well.
@N0_Smoke@tribjazz About how I overcame my fear? No, I’m correct.
And, if you don’t trust that these pilots are elite at their skill, and that the planes they are flying are even more elite at handling emergencies, then why step on a plane?
@themonkeboxer @OttogiBeefCurry @tribjazz Why do you think I’m criticizing his fear?
Is it possible that I’ve had the same fear and am offering advice on how to overcome that gripping fear?
Is that a possibility?
@OttogiBeefCurry @tribjazz And, btw, I’m NOT saying that anyone shouldn’t be afraid of an emergency landing.
I’m giving advice on how to overcome this fear. I’m NOT saying it’s irrational. I’ve had the same thing. That situation was scary as hell.
Why is it so hard for ppl to accept this?
@LilSqueep @tribjazz I said it because I’ve been that scared, I’ve suffered from this phobia and I’ve overcome it by doing just what I said.
I’ve studied aviation my entire life, and I was still terrified to fly, flying 150k miles a year.
This isn’t critical, it’s real advice.
@bansheeguy90 @bball_ref I agree that Kyrie is a better pure scorer. He has amazing skill.
If you watch Stockton in his prime, he could score at will, if he wanted. He was incredibly strong and a master of angles. He also was a dead eye shooter.
Rules favor offense now, so much more.
