@AHS_Warranty - today is 14 days without a hot water heater and I’ve received no promised follow up from yesterday. My contractor advised where the replacement can be procured, and NOTHING. How can I keep paying for a warranty when nothing is being fixed?

This @Chiquita banana is 27 days old. I emailed @AldiUSA to ask what the fruit is treated with in order to have a rock hard green banana this old.I was offered a refund and a replacement - no answer about ? @Chiquita perhaps you would like to chime in as they are YOUR product?
