The Charter of Health Freedom:
• Codifies the health rights Courts have said that we have;
• Obligates government to respect our health rights;
• Protects our access to natural remedies by moving them out of the drug category.

This petition calls upon the Government to enact the Charter of Health Freedom. Because of the size of the petition, the Government will be obligated to give an official response.

Manufacturing Consent 11 | The Real Reasons For Cloned Meat
In our ongoing series on cloned meat, Shawn Buckley explains why this issue goes far beyond labeling or consumer choice. Health Canada quietly removed cloned animals from the “novel food” category — a decision that allows cloned meat to enter the Canadian food supply without requiring new proof of safety. The result is a structural shift most Canadians have never been informed about.

Shawn outlines why regulators cannot allow a real public debate on whether cloned meat should exist at all. Once cloned meat becomes widely consumed, it becomes normalized — and normalization makes meaningful oversight nearly impossible. Public focus on labeling, he argues, serves as a distraction from the larger issue: whether Canadians ever consented to this change in the first place.

He also explains why cloned livestock is central to long-term biotechnology strategies, including the use of animals as production platforms for biologics and other engineered products. If this transition occurs quietly, Canadians may lose the ability to question its safety, ethics, or necessity. Once normalized, the debate is effectively over — and the opportunity to challenge it may be gone.

The Justice Centre has released a new report titled Manufacturing consent: Government behavioural engineering of Canadians, authored by veteran journalist and researcher Nigel Hannaford. The report warns that the federal government has embedded behavioural science tactics in its operations in order to shape Canadians’ beliefs, emotions, and behaviours—without transparency, debate, or consent.

Report author Mr. Hannaford said, “No democratic government should run psychological operations on its own citizens without oversight. If behavioural science is being used to influence public attitudes, then elected representatives—not unelected strategists—must set the boundaries.”
