Proud to say I won this yesterday @SlimmingWorld. My weight has been a battle for as long as I can remember. In 3 years I've lost 3 stone its been like a rollercoaster ride,with the help of my consultant Martin and the rest of my fab group my next big award will be my target

Race for life July 2015 saw the sign for 1k and my heart sank and I thought is that all. August 1st I joined #slimmingworld . December 2017 3 stone lighter and a 5k walk is now a doddle.
