@philyoungandfit We mostly feed Baffi dog what we are eating - though he eats more red meat and bones than I do ;) he enjoys cows ears and trachea (though we don't know what chemicals etc are used to dehydrate these etc )
He is also intermittently fasting .... ;) but refuses cold showers ;)
