A race that looked like a potential political upset just got even more dramatic.

After leading earlier in the day, reality TV personality Spencer Pratt has fallen behind Los Angeles City Council member Nithya Raman in the latest vote count, according to the Associated Press.

Raman now holds a narrow lead of roughly 3,000 votes, but the race remains uncalled as election officials continue tallying ballots.

The winner will advance to face incumbent Mayor Karen Bass in the runoff.
