@juliebrown711@ChristyCoursey I LOVE this! Sometimes the best way to communicate is through a face to face conversation. It's hard to interpret conversations correctly through text message and emails. Sometimes an in person conversation is so much more powerful for everyone.
@Webbtay15@ChristyCoursey This is so powerful! I always find myself reevaluating my priorities and my ¨to-do list¨ to ensure that I am accomplishing the items that are most important and not spending all of my time spinning my wheels. Work-life balance is critical. :-)
@AmberCh30063154 @ChristyCoursey@JonGordon11 I love this! It really stood out to me while reading because a true servant leader is a selfless person that inspires others through their actions and words. There is nothing more inspirational than working alongside people that share the same goals, visions, and values as you.

¨You can´t serve yourself and your team at the same time. You have to decide whether you are going to serve me or we. You must decide if you are going to be a self-serving ¨leader¨ or a true leader who serves others.¨
