@ThisisDavina I want to be me again.. I'm 54 (Hysterectomy at 32) and want a life back as limited as it is due to my other health conditions. Over covid I lost 4 stone (on purpose) gentle exercise, dairy intolerance found and now HRT I think my life may be starting to begin again.

@ThisisDavina For 6 months I haven't been able to think, process, know words, recall, light headed, dizzy .... the list goes on. I really thought I had dementia. HRT ... Wow!! Headaches and migraines with patches so now on the gel and 🤞 I am started to see a little light in the tunnel.....

@ThisisDavina I have just bought this book and OMGosh it's me! I'm anout 18 months post menopausal and since January my life stopped. I have so many illnesses which could attribute to my symptoms especially brain fog with fibromyalgia. My life stopped 6 months ago .........
