@chilternrailway just once I’d like to board a Chiltern train without any problems, the 0705 BAN to MYB service arrived in to the MYB tunnel at 0807 he is 3 mins early, waited at red signal so pulled in at 0815 instead of 0810, so it’s fine to keep the customer wait and be late?!

@chilternrailway As a train company you have a duty of care to ensure the safety of all passengers, if you are being crushed how is this a safe way to travel! We are paying through the nose for this low level service, travelling in Japan and other European cities is superior to Chiltern!

@chilternrailway so again for over 70 mins and at £700+ P/M I’m standing as the 0705 BAN to MYB is 7 carriages, what’s wrong with Chiptern when you simply don’t understand that this commuter line is needing over 8 at peak times, you are a national disgrace!

@chilternrailway Sorry not good enough, I’ve lived in London for over 20 years and travelled on other busy commuter services, South Eastern, South Western, Southern, Thameslink and their daily peak hour trains are 10+ carriages, it’s simply not good enough!!
