@AegonUK Thank you - they emailed me. I had no missed calls nor even unknown numbers do think they used my U.K. number which I don’t use here in Spain. They do have my Spanish number as they called me on it 2 weeks ago.

@AegonUK I am still waiting to hear back from your complaints team as to whether the money deducted from me as tax has now been paid to HMRC?! As far as I am concerned this is fraud!!!

@HMRCcustomers @AegonUK Thank you. Yes, it contradicts what they paid me and when. I also checked my status on HMRC portal and that is different again. Appears it was deducted from me, something different told to HMRC. They told HMRC it was refunded when it wasn’t. I will write a letter to HMRC.

@HMRCcustomers I need some help. I completed my self assessment and got a rebate of overpaid tax based on the assumption that my pension provider @AegonUK ‘s deduction from the drawdown on my pension was tax paid. Please can you DM as to how to proceed?

@AegonUK #targetplan have you actually sent the tax you have deducted from the drawdown from my pension? The P60 you keep sending me doesn’t state it - yet it’s been deducted before arriving in my bank account? Or is the document you keep sending not actually a P60?!

@AegonUK please can you send the definition of a P60 to your complaints department. After 3 months of requesting the document all I have been sent is the amount of pension drawn down. Not tax paid.

@AegonUK thank you for the vouchers to apologise for the inconvenience of sending my P60 to my old address. Unfortunately they will not help me complete my tax self assessment. A replacement P60 would have been a lot more helpful. Living in Spain i cannot spend them!

@AegonUK @PensionsOmbuds - what is an acceptable time for a drawdown request to be honoured? Originally requested at the end of September. I have still not received the funds. I was promised them by close of play Monday but still nothing in my bank account.

@AegonUK you make a promise that my drawdown would be paid by end of business Monday - it’s now Friday and still nothing in my nominated bank account!! I made guarantees to make my payments and once more - I am unable to fulfil this.
