@JulieCourtTV @CourtTV This attorney answered her questions about which countries have extradition treaties. So she had to say he was her attorney and talk about fleeing, conspiring to flee, etc. becomes privileged.
She did a great job on the stand. I didn't know why her shirt was ripped, her cell phone thrown on the ground and why she was inside his car window. It all makes sense.

@joonbug12345@CourtTV@AshleyCourtTV@lawyerschiff@lindseydowdell It's the defendant hospital that is asking for the medical malp. claim to be dismissed. Malpractice has to be a serious, distinct injury. Not these silly no choco. cake, an EEG, and a surveillance camera complaints over the 100 days. Judge will decide soon.
@LaurieKane16@TrialWatcher22@CourtTV It's known that Jack Kowalski wouldn't settle for a penny less than the $220 million. So of course the hospital couldn't settle. Jack already has the millions from Sally Smith and whatever Netflix paid. Jack's milking his wife's suicide. It's disgusting.
@rebeccabuscemi@CourtTV You could even see it in her - she was nervous and shaking on the stand. And was asked by Mr. Anderson how often she met with defense attorneys. She said never, just 2 or 3 phone calls!! She should've been better prepped!
@DaisyDCastro@MeganFoxWriter Oh yes. I'd love a follow up from that judge. Beata wrote her suicide letter to the dependency court judge. Blaming him. Not JH or Sally Smith. Can't that letter be admitted?
@Brrk911 @itsadriienne @CourtTV Really? I thought the 36 drs. recommended pt but Beata was against pt. The first time Maya got pt was finally at Johns Hopkins.
