@AmericanAir I have been with AA since 1992. Because of Covid I was not allowed to travel for work until this week. As of this AM all my points & platinum status have disappeared. Your CS told me there is nothing they can do? After 20 yrs of loyalty! Is this good CS?!

@AmericanAir He was on the phone two different times for over 2 hours and was told he would need to PAY to reinstate his status and miles. Honestly, over missing travel by 2 days?! Where is the loyalty??

Very disappointed with @KongToys. This toy was destroyed by our 16 week old puppy within hours of purchasing. Thank goodness my husband was beside him to take away the toy.
