We made history tonight at @SomervilleCity Midterm Ceremonies. It's the first time in our city's history that the Council President, School Committee Chair, and Mayor are all women! Honored to have been elected and sworn in as the new City Council President. Let’s get to work!
Organizational meetings of the City Council and School Committee will begin at 5 p.m., with addresses to follow, starting at approximately 5:30 p.m. Community members are encouraged to attend in person at City Hall or tune in live at https://t.co/YrLt6nO9gu (2/2)
