@CosmeIndira Yeah. And don’t bother with Verizon trouble shooting. They want you to think that something is wrong with your phone…. Not true. Use Boost Mobile for month to month back up phone. It works great! My husband got a phone and service for $100. Well worth it to have a phone

@livinginlenses Same for my husband. Still no Verizon Service. He had to go buy another phone with Boost Mobile. He thinks it’s an issue between Claro and Verizon’s Network sharing…He leaves 11/15 to return to the states. I will keep you posted on his Network Status as he departs PR.

@VerizonSupport Ask the powers that be with Verizon what’s going on please!!! Not there on Vacation. There taking care of elderly mom with health issues and no phone is unacceptable with a $337 a month bill for our family account. Get to work on this please!
