It’s Good That Alison-Madueke Has Asserted Her Innocence And Got Justice - Sambo
The Federal Government and the EFCC owe Nigerians an explanation of what really happened. This is the same case in which they previously informed the public that they had recovered certain assets and valuables. They now need to clarify what has changed and why the outcome appears different. It is important for them to explain whether relevant facts were properly presented to the British authorities and why a different conclusion may have been reached.

@instablog9ja Such a shame, I hope she pays for all that she had consumed. What a waste for someone who was suppose to be supporting her mum’s budiness. She had the audacity to record her silly behaviour.

Every budget decision has real consequences for Nigerian women. But limited access, representation, and technical knowledge still keep many of us out of the policy rooms where it matters most. And too often, our advocacy is dismissed as noise that lives only online.
For International Women’s Day, the women at @BudgITng are rewriting that script.
If you are a young woman ready to influence the decisions that affect your life and your community, this is your chance to join the Women for Women Budget & Policy Lab by BudgIT. It’s a full day, hands-on training where you’ll gain practical skills in analyzing budgets, understanding policies, and engaging in civic processes. You’ll understand how budget decisions are made, why they matter, and how your voice can create real change.
By the end of the training, you’ll leave informed, empowered, and ready to step into conversations that shape the lives of Nigerian women and the communities you care about.

On this World Social Justice Day, we reaffirm our bold commitment to inclusive development and accessible justice for all.
We stand firm in demanding a stronger Electoral Reform Act that guarantees credible elections, and in the same vein support the Special Seats Bill to advance women’s political representation as we continue to challenge policies and practices that deepen inequality across Nigeria.
Social justice means fair access to quality healthcare, education, decent work, and gender equality, especially for the most vulnerable. We will keep raising our voices, mobilising communities, and pushing for accountability until justice is not just promised, but delivered.

Today, we also marched with purpose and power at the National Assembly demanding passage of the Special SeatsBill into law✊
For so long, women have been on the sidelines while decisions that affect them and the nation are made without their full representation.
Today served as a bold reminder that equality is not a request, it’s a right.
Lawmakers must act now!
