Manager: He said he was tired of fixing the same production issues every week.

CEO: That’s part of the job.

Manager: He didn’t mind fixing issues. He minded that nobody wanted to fix the root cause.

CEO: We prioritized speed.

Manager: He wanted quality.

CEO: So he left over that?

Manager: He left because he felt like a firefighter, not an engineer.

Good engineers don’t just want to solve problems.
They want to eliminate them.

@javarevisited @E_MindsetHQ @BarackObama Praise GOD & GODDESS for workers like the engineer in this story. Now, I wonder how many actual workers like this exist? Sadly, it seems as though they are a minority. Do some biz leaders like having fires or have they settled because of an "engineer" shortage? Hmm.

I don't believe I will be stuck here much longer, paying $2,550 per month in rent for these three apartments, w/only $4,102.30 per month in income, especially w/prices as they are for food, etc. I think this happening now means I'll b rescued soon, probably w/the rapture. Goddess

"Miracles" can be changed to "My rules." Change I in miracles to Y (phonetics), A to I (because of combination in "straight," e.g.) and then C to S and delete that S (silent after I in "island," e.g.) & change I to U. Supernatural creation, for example, is done w/rules. Goddess

@TrumpDailyPosts In last few days, I talked to Jesus re "tariff wars'" effects on money rates, wondering what value of countries' money's based on, etc. and now I'm suddenly hearing about "currency manipulation" as an accusation about foreign trade, regarding China. A new one I'm hearing. Goddess

@thehill @NPR Plus, 2019 & 2020 were COVID years, big-time re 2020. Supply chain problems, business closings/bankruptcies have been rampantly occurring, according 2 news reports, ever since. Plus, maintenance problems in airplanes a lot, maybe due 2 improper training of new maintenance wrkrs.

@thehill @NPR This is what the USA does, maybe when shortages loom in the Treasury coffers. Threaten a big co. with penalties, & they have 2 decide: litigate or just spend less money to avoid huge attorney's fees and case costs & settle. Recyclers said no-probably due 2 laborer shortages.
