@mattgaetz Zionist misfits, stirring up trouble, "in your face" hatred for Christians.....how much clearer does it have to get for you Christians to see what a Zionist Pig is???????????
This now is their way of sticking it to all of us speaking out about Lucy's treatment. Well, it is not going away. What they are doing is unjust, not only to Lucy who has really been the poor soul to suffer all these weeks away from her loved ones, the only home she knows, but to you and your family. I pray people are as outraged as I am and continue to fight for Lucy's freedom⚖️⚖️⚖️
The shelter closed an hour ago. No Lucy today.
That means the county has now held her for at least a full week after I signed a deal I didn’t like, all because I convinced myself it was the fastest way to get her out.
Time was on my side. The prosecution’s case was becoming increasingly unpopular. Leaders of the Virginia GOP were reaching out. The dam was about to break. A little more time, I thought, and that popular outrage would be too much for the Commonwealth to keep pushing a case it should never have taken up in the first place.
But time wasn’t on Lucy’s side. She’s eleven years old. She had already been locked in that concrete kennel for seven long weeks. I had to get her out. That was the only thing that mattered.
It still hasn’t happened.
And tonight that leaves me sitting here, staring at the empty spot on the rug by the kitchen table where she should be curled up, wondering who the real enemy is in all this.
Is it the DA? No. Not personally. She’s just doing the job they pay her to do. She didn’t ask for this mess. In fact, she wrote the judge on Monday asking her to sign the order that would let Lucy come home.
Is it the neighbors? No. They’re not villains. They’re just sheep; mindless, easily spooked, moving in a mob that takes on the collective wisdom and virtue of its loudest, basest, and stupidest members. At the end of the day, they’re still sheep.
So who’s the wolf?
There isn’t one.
It’s something far worse than a wolf. It’s a Leviathan; a cold, sprawling tangle of laws and technicalities and a government that’s far too eager to shove its nose into places it was never invited. A machine that grinds slowly, impersonally, and without mercy, even when every human being involved knows the right thing to do.
That kind of enemy is the one diligent little sheepdogs like Lucy and Snuggles were never built to fight. Their loyalty, their courage, their sharp instincts - none of these things matter against paperwork and policy and the slow, soulless turning of bureaucratic gears.
And that’s what is on my mind as another day turns to night and Lucy remains in her cramped, little cell.
The real enemy is something that we have created by not being diligent guardians of our own government.

Bill Gates shows up to testify about his direct connections to Jeffrey Epstein's child trafficking network with a big smirk on his face.
The testimony will be behind closed doors with no cameras.
Gates knows he will get away with his crimes against children.
Our entire government is a joke.
Convicted murderers can’t enjoy financial gain from books or other scams by law. They should make this grift a mandatory refund since situation as well. If they don’t have the cash anymore, kick the freeloaders out of the mansion they bought and put it on the market. All profits should then be given to the victim’s family.
Unbelievable!!
Here is exactly what Trump’s war on Iran, costing billions everyday, is doing to Americans.
MAGA used to call this Biden inflation and scream from the rooftops over this garbage.
NOT WHAT WE CAMPAIGNED FOR.
NOT WHAT PEOPLE VOTED FOR.
NATION IN DECLINE.
Just another day and my trip
To the store to get breakfast with my friends is tracked.
Think I have the open to the song
We were just rolling up that gravel Road
Looking for a cheese biscuit and friends of old
Found nothing but tyranny staring from the top of a pole
If you don’t get cheese biscuit in your beard is it even a real cheese biscuit! Go to Hugo Gas and grill for the best in the country!
THE CATHOLIC RULE OF LIFE I WISH SOMEONE HAD TAUGHT ME SOONER
A few years ago, I thought becoming a better Catholic meant learning more.
More theology.
More apologetics.
More books.
More Catholic content.
Those things are good.
But I eventually discovered something surprising.
Most saints did not become saints because they knew more.
They became saints because they consistently did a few simple things every day.
That realization changed how I view the spiritual life.
So after studying Sacred Scripture, the Catechism, and the lives of the saints, I began noticing a pattern.
Different saints.
Different centuries.
Different personalities.
Yet they all built their lives around the same foundations.
If someone asked me today:
“How do I actually live like Jesus Christ every day?”
This is the framework I would share.
And honestly, it is the framework I am still trying to live myself.
1. GIVE GOD THE FIRST MOMENT OF YOUR DAY
Before the notifications.
Before the messages.
Before the news.
Before social media.
Give God the first moment.
Make the Sign of the Cross.
Thank Him for another day.
Offer everything to Him.
The first voice you hear should not be the world.
It should be God.
2. READ THE GOSPEL BEFORE YOU READ OPINIONS
One verse.
One paragraph.
One chapter.
Whatever you can manage.
The point is simple:
Let Christ shape your mind before the world shapes it for you.
Many of us spend hours consuming information and only minutes receiving formation.
That imbalance affects everything.
3. PROTECT THE STATE OF GRACE LIKE YOUR GREATEST TREASURE
Because it is.
The Church teaches that sanctifying grace is God's own life within the soul.
Nothing on earth is worth losing that.
Not success.
Not money.
Not pleasure.
Not popularity.
Go to Confession regularly.
Take sin seriously.
Take God's mercy even more seriously.
4. BUILD YOUR LIFE AROUND THE EUCHARIST
The saints never got tired of speaking about the Eucharist.
Neither should we.
The closer they drew to Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, the more they began to resemble Him.
Sunday Mass is the minimum.
Not the goal.
If possible, attend daily Mass.
Visit Jesus in Adoration.
Stay after Communion.
Speak to Him.
Listen to Him.
Remain with Him.
5. STOP LOOKING FOR HOLINESS IN EXTRAORDINARY THINGS
Most holiness happens in ordinary moments.
Being patient when you are tired.
Forgiving when you would rather hold a grudge.
Remaining kind when someone is difficult.
Serving when nobody notices.
The saints did not become saints because they did spectacular things every day.
They became saints because they loved God in ordinary circumstances.
6. CARRY YOUR CROSS INSTEAD OF RUNNING FROM IT
Every day brings a cross.
A disappointment.
A struggle.
A wound.
A sacrifice.
A burden nobody else sees.
Modern culture says:
“Avoid suffering.”
Jesus says:
“Follow Me.”
The difference is enormous.
One path seeks comfort.
The other seeks transformation.
You know who you are. On April 17, you saw me in my yard with my dog. You watched a freak mishap occur. You saw the collar slip over my dog's head. You saw me immediately react, bringing my dog under control as quickly as I could manage without her leaving my property. You heard me apologize and wish you an enjoyable rest of your walk and a great day. You saw me smile.
After seeing that, you did not choose to show me understanding. You called the police. Maybe you told one of your buddies, who called the police on your behalf. Either way, you chose litigiousness over grace. For an incident that left no victims.
The police took my family's dog for that. A dog we've had for ten years. A dog I bonded with in war. Now she's in a concrete cell and I face criminal charges over an incident that left no victims.
I've been angry at you. But I am no more. I choose forgiveness. Not for your sake, but for mine. You are free to hate me if you want, but I will not hate you in return. I do not want to carry that weight.
I'm sure that you have managed to convince yourself that you were in the right. That you were perfectly justified in calling the police on me over the freak collar mishap. That taking away a family's dog and putting a law-abiding citizen who has never wanted to be anything but a good neighbor to you through a living hell was the right thing to do. These words of mine are not going to convince you otherwise, but time may.
"Every way of a man is right in his own eyes, But the Lord weighs the hearts." I pray that the Lord will find me a humble servant, doing justly, loving mercy and walking humbly with Him when he weighs my heart. I am a work in progress, but I'm trying to let the Word be my guide and His will be my own.
When I say that I forgive you, I mean that sincerely. I hold you no ill will and I will not hold a grudge against you. Not for one day more.
I wish you nothing but the best. I hope that God blesses you and your family.

When the National Police Association shares a Law Enforcement Today article advocating Lucy's release, you know the DA can't continue this miscarriage of justice much longer.
Let Lucy come home. It's time. It's damn time.
