@samgregorypics Whilst it is very interesting reading all the points people make, at the end of the day, as has already been said, it’s about what you are trying to convey with the image. Personally I prefer the colour because of the added dimension it brings.

@matt6t6 I agree. I feel as if I have been “learning photography” for the last 5 or 6 years. I never thought to call myself a “photographer”. One problem with FB Twitter etc is that people “like” images with no idea what they are “liking” which gives a false sense of how good the image is
